Molly Sims was born on 25 May 1973 in Murray, Kentucky, U.S.A. She was born to Dottie and Jim Sims. She joined the Vanderbilt University for two years, but did not complete her education as she went on to pursue a career in modeling. However, she was the member of Delta Delta Delta when she was in Vanderbilt University.
She parted her ways from her boy- friend Enrique Murciano, after a six years long relationship, with him.
She supports a non-profit organization ‘Friends of El Faro’ that raises money for an orphanage, ‘Casa Hogar Sion’, situated in Tijuana, Mexico. She visits the orphanage regularly and has acted as a host for the organization’s fundraisers for the last two times.
She is a former spokes model for Old Navy advertisements. She has also appeared on MTV’s ‘House of Style’ and in the Sports Illustrated ‘Swimsuit Issue’ from 2000-2002 and in 2004 and 2006. In the 2006 issue, she was photographed in a bikini, worth $30 million, which was made of diamonds, and was designed by Susan Rosen.
