Vanessa Marcil was born on 15 October 1968 in Indio, California, U.S.A. She is the daughter of Patricia (nee Marcil) and Peter Ortiz. She is Mexican on her father’s side and an American, French, Italian and Portuguese from her mother’s side. Her parents have divorced.
She married Corey Feldman in 1989, but they got divorced in 1993. Then, she remained engaged with Tyler Christopher for sometime, but the two did not get married. She has dated Brian Austin Green and has a son from him. She has been romantically involved with Ben Younger and is a good friend of Jillian Michaels. Jillian Michaels is also the godmother of Vanessa’s son.
